Bhikkhus, for direct knowledge of lust, 6 things are to be developed. What 6?
1) The unsurpassed sight,
2) the unsurpassed hearing,
3) the unsurpassed gain,
4) the unsurpassed training,
5) the unsurpassed service, and
6) the unsurpassed recollection.
- For direct knowledge of lust, these 6 things are to be developed.

Bhikkhus, for direct knowledge of lust, 6 things are to be developed. What 6?
1) Recollection of the Buddha,
2) recollection of the Dhamma,
3) recollection of the Saṅgha,
4) recollection of virtuous behaviour,
5) recollection of generosity, and
6) recollection of the deities.
- For direct knowledge of lust, these 6 things are to be developed.

Bhikkhus, for direct knowledge of lust, 6 things are to be developed. What 6?
1) The perception of impermanence,
2) the perception of suffering in what is impermanent,
3) the perception of non-self in what is suffering,
4) the perception of abandoning,
5) the perception of dispassion, and
6) the perception of cessation.
- For direct knowledge of lust, these 6 things are to be developed.
